Our cancellation policy – 24 hours notice please!

At Cleve Chiropractic Ltd we are happy to cancel or move appointments. We do request at least 24 hours notice.

Clients that cancel within 24 hours of their appointment will be charged £10. Clients who fail to attend a confirmed appointment will also be charged.

Online Appointment Booking Terms and Conditions

When booking your appointment online with Cleve Chiropractic, please read and agree to the following terms:

1. Booking Confirmation:
   Once your booking is complete, you’ll receive an email confirmation. If you don’t receive this, please contact us to confirm your appointment.
2. Cancellations and Rescheduling:
   If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice. This allows us to offer your slot to another patient. Late cancellations or missed appointments may incur a fee.
3. Payment:
   Some appointments may require payment at the time of booking, while others can be paid at the clinic. Please check the payment options during the booking process.
4. Personal Information:
   Your personal details provided during the booking process are used solely for managing your appointment and will be handled in accordance with our privacy policy.
5. Appointment Timeliness:
   Please arrive on time for your appointment. If you are late, we may need to adjust your treatment time to avoid disrupting other patients’ bookings.
6. Changes by the Clinic:
   In rare cases, we may need to reschedule your appointment due to unforeseen circumstances. If this happens, we will notify you as soon as possible and offer alternative options.

Refund Policy

The shopper has the right to cancel within seven days of their contract with Cleve Chiropractic Ltd, or seven days of receipt of the goods (whichever is the longer). If the you cancel your order, you will have your payment returned. Just pop into Cleve Chiropractic Ltd or ring the clinic on 0117 957 5388 and we will arrange for your refund.
