Meet the Team

Kate has been the heart of Cleves reception team since 2010, joining Tim when the practice first opened at St. James’ Place. With a background in nursery nursing and pub management, she discovered her passion for patient care while raising her three children and supporting Tim at Cleve Rugby Club.

Now overseeing a busy reception that welcomes over 22,000 patients (about the capacity of Madison Square Garden!), Kate thrives in the hustle and bustle, ensuring every patient feels cared for.

Outside the clinic, Kate enjoys gardening and escaping to Devon with her caravan for some well-earned downtime. Her warmth, efficiency, and dedication are key to creating the welcoming environment Cleve is known for.
