Meet the Team

Catherine is Past President of the British Chiropractic Association and a Fellow of the Royal College of Chiropractors Sports Faculty, Catherine was First Team Chiropractor to Queens Park Rangers FC and now consults for Bristol Rovers & Cardiff City FC. Catherine is part of the Waitrose Health Experts Panel and regularly gives healthcare advice in the media. 

Catherine first experienced chiropractic when she was training for the 2005 Karate World Championships. She was amazed at the high level of diagnostic and treatment skills she experienced and felt that the chiropractic care helped her gain a Gold Medal at the Championships. She completed her 4 years Master’s Degree at the Anglo European College of Chiropractic after completing her Sports Science degree at St Mary’s University.

During her training Catherine worked as Sports Therapist for London Broncos RL, Great Britain Students RL and joined the New Zealand RL team on their 2011 tour. She was selected to do her Chiropractic Internship with Southampton FC and enjoyed supporting the team as they gained promotion to Premiership that season!

After qualifying in 2012, Catherine continued in her passion for sport and began to work in Premiership Rugby Union at London Irish RFC after being part of the Medical Team at the London 2012 Olympics. In 2013, Catherine joined Queens Park Rangers FC as First Team Chiropractor and was a senior member of the Medical Team for 11 years. Catherine has provided care to the Norwegian and Dutch Skeleton Teams on the World Cup Circuit since 2018, including the World Championships in 2020.

In 2017, Catherine was elected as President of the British Chiropractic Association and has lectured Internationally. In 2018, Catherine was awarded a Fellowship of the Royal College of Chiropractors Sports Faculty in recognition of her work in Sport, and in 2023 was awarded Fellowship of the BCA
